'Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.' - Jeremiah 33:3 NKJV

Starting January 5, we are beginning 21 days of prayer and fasting as a church and we would love for you to join us! This is a special time to seek God and His plan and purpose for 2025. We know from the promises found in God’s Word that He wants to do great and mighty things in the lives of His people and our heartfelt prayers to God position us to receive His power into our lives that brings His plans and purposes to pass. We invite you to join us as we take this extra time to pray and seek God together!

Each of the 21 Days of Prayer has a prayer focus that covers a different area to lift up in prayer along with a special Bible promise. We ask that you start there each day and then let the Lord lead you as you pray. We are excited about what God is going to do over the course of these 21 days and beyond!

We also want to encourage you to prayerfully consider fasting something during this time. It could be fasting a meal, a certain type of food or beverage, time on social media, television or something else that you would usually do. The key is to replace that activity with prayer out of a heart to put God first place and to put His interests before your own. Let’s believe God to do something powerful in our hearts, in our homes and in our church as we take this time to seek God’s face in prayer together!

Send us your prayer requests. We will be taking special time each week during 21 Days of Prayer to pray for our church family. Be sure to send us your requests and we will pray for you!

But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

Prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father, we ask you to open the eyes of our understanding and to flood our hearts with light. May we awaken unto righteousness in 2025 and, by your grace, may we choose to live lives that are sincere and on fire for you, fully sold out and set apart for your holy purposes and plans. Then you will seek Me, inquire for, and require Me [as a vital necessity] and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.

Prayer:
Today, we pray a prayer of dedication and consecration to you, Heavenly Father, and we commit ourselves afresh and anew to you and to your plan for our lives this year. We pray that you would help us to align our thoughts, priorities, plans, purposes, and pursuits with yours so that our hearts would be filled with the desires of your heart. Your wisdom is more valuable than silver or gold and it is the principal thing, so we ask you for wisdom to think, speak, and to live in ways that honor you. You said that if we lack wisdom, we can ask you for it and that you would give it to us liberally, so we ask you for wisdom for today and for every day this year. We pray that you will fill us with the knowledge of your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding so that we will walk worthy of you and be fruitful in every good work. Show us the destinations that you have for us and teach us the best paths to get there. By faith, we believe that we receive your wisdom now. We ask you to fill our cup and run it over with your provision and grace. We boldly declare that you are the Lord, our shepherd, and we will not lack or run out. Heavenly Father, we choose to be on fire for you in 2025! We pray that the gifts, talents, abilities, and graces that you have given us will come alive this year in a greater way and that we will live out our days with a holy fire that comes from you. Your word says that the gifts and callings that you have given us are without repentance. We pray that you would help us discover, develop, and use those gifts in 2025 for your purpose, and for your glory. We will not be cold or lukewarm this year. We also pray that “prodigals” will return to you this year and find your mercy, grace, and truth. May our generation's children, teenagers, and young adults rise up to be all that you have called them to be in 2025. We stand against the enemy's plans today in the name of Jesus, and we pray that your will would be done in their lives, on Earth as it is in Heaven. We pray for our brothers and sisters in Christ and we ask you to strengthen them today with mighty power in their inner man. You have said in your Word that you are able to make us stand and to keep us from falling. We believe it, and we choose to stand against the enemy and all that would try to stop your plans from coming to pass in our lives this year. We take our stand in Christ, and having done all to stand, we will stand in 2025, wearing the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Father God, surely you are with us! You are for us and your Spirit is within us! We will not retreat. We will not draw back. Instead, with our trust in you, we will overcome and follow you fully into all that you have called us to do! We give you praise, and thanks, and glory, and honor for who you are and for all you have done for us your children. Father God, we give you thanks for the gracious inheritance that you have given to us in Christ, and we pray that we would walk in the fullness of all that you have ordained for us, your people, in every area of our lives. May we be awake in 2025 to your heart, and may we rise up with new faith and confidence in you to lay hold on all that you have destined for us. We refuse to be slothful or passive this year. Instead, by your grace, we will be men and women of faith and endurance to possess all that you have set before us in your plan. We pray that we will gain ground spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically, in our relationships, and in our callings. We pray that we will move ahead as individuals, as families, and as a church this year in ways that bring you great glory. We purpose in advance to be willing and obedient as you speak to our hearts. So, we open our ears now to hear your voice. Lead us forward by your Word and your Holy Spirit into the things that you have prepared for us. This is our year to take the land, to gain ground spiritually, and to overcome! May your will be done in us this year in full measure, we pray. In Jesus name, Amen! Dear Heavenly Father, we believe in you, and we believe that you are a rewarder of those who diligently seek you. You said in your Word that without faith, it is impossible to please you. So we choose to live by faith in 2025, trusting in you with all of our hearts, fully and completely. We acknowledge that you are ever faithful and trustworthy, and so is your Word. We choose to hear, believe, declare, and obey your Word this year, no matter how we might feel or no matter what we might see, for we walk by faith and not by sight. We pray that we will be single-minded and steady this year with consistent faith because of who you are as our faithful God. We also choose to acknowledge your love for us and that you are always with us! So we will not fear or draw back, but we will believe and trust in you instead. We lift up the shield of faith in 2025, and we choose to move forward into your plan and gracious provision for our lives. We declare that no weapon formed against us will prosper! For we are your children, born of your Word and of your Spirit. We will overcome in 2025 and walk in your grace and the victories that come from you. This is a year to live by faith, to trust in you, our faithful God, and to accomplish great things to the glory of your name! In Jesus name, Amen.
