We Believe...

The Bible is the Word of God

The scriptures in the Bible are the inspired Word of God. They are a direct revelation from God to man of His divine will. The Bible is the living, infallible and everlasting rule of faith and conduct for believers.
John 6:63, 2 Timothy 3:15-17, Hebrews 4:12, 1 Peter 1:23-25, Isaiah 55:11

There is One True God

God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are three separate and distinct personalities. They are eternally self-existent and they function as one entity. Jesus Christ, Who is God manifested in the flesh, is the second member of the Godhead, co-equal and co-eternal with God the Father and the Holy Spirit.
Matthew 3:16-17, Matthew 28:18-20, John 1:1-5, John 1:10-14

The Fall and Redemption of Mankind

Man was created in the image of God good and upright. However, by voluntary transgression, man fell. Now, the only hope of redemption for mankind is in Jesus Christ.
Genesis 1:26-31, Genesis 3:1-7, Romans 5:12-21, 2 Corinthians 5:21, Galatians 3:13

Salvation through Jesus Christ

By God’s grace, the gift of salvation is available for all of mankind. This gift of grace, made possible through the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, is received and experienced through faith.
John 3:16, John 14:6, Acts 4:12, Romans 3:24, Romans 10:9-10, Romans 10:13, Ephesians 2:8-10

The New Birth

The moment a person believes in the saving message of Jesus Christ, confessing Him as their Lord and Savior, they are born again. The new birth is a regeneration of the human spirit that causes an individual to become a new creation in Christ Jesus. As a born again person renews their mind to God’s Word concerning who they are in Christ Jesus, they are transformed more and more into the image and likeness of Christ in righteousness and true holiness.
John 1:12-13, John 3:3-8, 2 Corinthians 5:17-18, Ephesians 4:21-24, Titus 3:5, 1 John 5:1

Water Baptism

Water baptism is an important public display of a person’s faith in Jesus Christ and of their identification with His death, burial, and resurrection. It is an outward demonstration of faith in an inward working of grace. After being raised from the dead, Jesus commissioned His followers to baptize in water all who would believe in Him.
Matthew 28:19, Mark 16:16, Acts 2:36-41, Acts 8:12, Acts 8:36-38, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:47-48, Acts 16:15-33, Acts 18:8, Acts 19:5-6, Acts 22:16, Romans 6:3-4, 1 Peter 3:21

The Baptism of the Holy Spirit

All believers are entitled to, and should expect, the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues. The baptism of the Holy Spirit is an endowment of power for life and service. It is distinct from and subsequent to the new birth.
Isaiah 28:11-12, Luke 24:49, Acts 1:4-8, Acts 2:1-4, Acts 2:38-39, Acts 8:14-17, Acts 10:44-48, Acts 11:15-16, Acts 19:2-6, 1 Corinthians 12:1-31, 1 Corinthians 14:2-4, 1 Corinthians 14:13-15, 1 Corinthians 14:39, Jude 20-21

The Great Commission

After Jesus was raised from the dead, He charged His disciples to go into all the world to proclaim the good news of His finished work of redemption. As believers preach the gospel message of reconciliation, God confirms His Word with signs following.
Matthew 28:18-20, Mark 16:15-18, Luke 24:46-49, John 14:12, 2 Corinthians 5:19-20

God's Plan for the Family

Children are gifts from God and are to be loved, protected and brought up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. Marriage has been defined by God in Genesis, the Lord Jesus in the Gospels and the Holy Spirit in the New Testament as a covenant relationship between one man and one woman and, as revealed throughout Scripture, all sexual activity was designed by God to be blessed and enjoyed within that context.
Ephesians 6:1-4, Genesis 2:18-25, Mark 10:7-8, Ephesians 5:28-33, Proverbs 5:15-20, Hebrews 13:4, Leviticus 18:22, Romans 1:23-28, 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, 1 Corinthians 6:18-19, 1 Corinthians 10:8, 2 Corinthians 12:21, Galatians 5:19, Ephesians 5:3, Colossians 3:5, 1 Thessalonians 4:3-4, Jude 1:7

Divine Healing and Health

Jesus Christ became sin and sickness on the cross, providing both salvation and divine healing for all of mankind. He became a curse for us in order to redeem us from the curse of the law. Now, as the redeemed, we are blessed spirit, soul, and body.
Psalm 103:3, Isaiah 53:4-5, Matthew 8:17, Galatians 3:13 – Deuteronomy 28:59-61, 1 Thessalonians 5:23, James 5:14-15, 1 Peter 2:24, 3 John 2

Biblical Prosperity

God, our gracious Heavenly Father, desires that we, His children, prosper and be in health even as our soul prospers. According to the Scriptures, as individuals follow God’s will and act on His Word, their lives are empowered to prosper and to succeed in every realm.

The Blessed Hope

Jesus will return, the dead in Christ will rise and we who are alive will be changed and meet Him in the air. After seven years, we will return with Him to reign on the earth. According to the scriptures, only those who have faith in Jesus and whose names are written in the book of life will be saved from final judgment and eternal retribution. God will then make a new heaven and a new earth and He will dwell with His people forever.
